Its a viral photo that has been showing up everywhere the last few weeks. Doesn't seem to be photoshopped (though now this dog's face is getting photoshopped into some crazy places)

I agree, this dog knows the secret of this guy's training method. But he's not telling for less than 5 pounds of 'special' dog biscuits.
