This is Kaylee, my six month old mix. We were told that she was a Pit Bull/Pyrenees mix and personally I don't see the Pyrenees a lot. The pit bull, yes, but the Pyrenees I only see in the tail that curls over her back and her absolute love of cats (she is so good with them and they actually seem to...like her!?).
I was thinking she might have some pointer in her, she has a ton of light black spots that show up more in person and before I even thought about the pointer in her she was pointing...well as good as she could with a tail that doesn't uncurl. But I'm just curious what you guys think, what are your guesses?
She is a sweetie and also a brat. She's a chewer and gets into everything like all good puppies and she refuses to be housebroken (always fun).
She came to us really, really timid with no exposure to the outside world at 5 months old. It took days before she would walk around the house with her tail up and not tucked between her legs and even then when you called her she would lay down. But she's come out of her shell a ton. She now walks around outside with her tail and ears up and will go into petstores by her self (first time it took 15 minutes of coaxing and food to get her through the parking lot) and actually be happy to be in there.
She's decided that since she gets treats for sitting when I'm training her that if she wants what you are holding she will sit. My mom will be trying to cook in the kitchen and Kaylee will scoot around on her butt so that she is always in front of my mom, sitting patiently.
But anyways, here are the pictures! Breed guesses appreciated!
