We started taking agility classes recently and Cricket is a total natural. She is already racing through tunnels, over jumps, tire, A-frame, dog walk, teeter, chute... She has like no fear whatsoever.

When other dogs freaked out about the dog walk at first she shot over it perfectly the first time like she had been doing it for years. She is so unbelievably fast and its hard to keep up with her lol. I need to get myself in shape a bit so I don't lag so far behind her. She has also been hitting all of the contacts just right.

She is a little more nervous with the chute, but after going through it a few times she seems catching on.

Here's the part that brightened my day. A coworker of mine has a dog she used to run in agility. He was incredible. We were all chatting about agility at work when my boss mentioned that Cricket is doing so well that she even puts that dog to shame as far as how fast he was and how precise he was on the course. She said she can't wait to actually see Cricket run a full course and that I definitely have found my agility competition dog.

I can't wait until we are eventually competing. I need to get pics of her doing agility, but I'm usually the photographer so unless my dad can come take pics I have no idea when we will get pics of her.
