Hello All,
My pup is almost 11 weeks old & I've kept her in a crate at night for the last 2 weeks. Up until last night I would get up several times at night to let out to her relieve herself. Sometimes I'll wait until I hear her & sometimes I wake her up. Last night I didn't let her out until I got up at 4 am - she went into her crate around 9:30pm. She slept the whole night thru - I'm a very light sleep so I would have heard her if she needed to go out. So, I guess I'm wondering is it better to let her sleep all night or wake her up several time to go potty? I did enjoy the full night's sleep :)

Thanks.

Well she may change her routine if trained
and both of you will be happy with choices made.

It sounds like she is probably able to hold it through most of the night. I'd still take her outside once at night (or at 4:00 when you get up...IMO that's still "night" :)) for a few more weeks, but when she gets a little older it sounds like she should be able to hold it all night. CONGRATS!
