I used to show AKC agility with a Poodle I had years ago and also trained the Poodle I have now but we never made it to a show. He broke his leg when he was 6 months old and then I got busy with kids and fostering (kids) so I got out of the dog world.

Now my twins are 16 (kids.. lol) and I am not currently fostering so I am starting up again. I am training my mixed breed Reno to show in CPE and I am considering getting my Poodle back into it. He's 10 years old and has not done any agility in 9 1/2 years but he seems to remember it. He's still super excited, happy and FAST. He loves it so much I want to do this for him. We have not done the "real" obstacles yet but I think with little work he'd be ready to go.

My question is, in the standard CPE agility level one what obstacles are used?

I have only played in CPE agility once and that was at a fun day...........If I am correct, levels 1/2 don't have weaves or the teeter. The courses are super easy, times very generous and faults are allowed to Q.

But you can download their rule book and either look at it or print it off.

I read the rule book and thought there was no teeter or weeves. I am pretty sure with a few "run through" nights my Poodle could do level one. The CPE show is in October.
