Cavalier King Charles Spaniels originate from England believed to be from and for the nobles back then.

Paps I hear France the most, it's debatable though.

Chihuahuas are largely accepted as being originated from Mexico (and they're named after the Mexican state), though no one is completely sure.

Some people believe they originated as far back as being companions to the Toltecs, from the dogs called "Techichi." Other people believe they originated from China, brought by the Conquistadors.

Dogs resembling chihuahuas have been found inside pyramids of Cholula (from before the mid 1500s), and in ruins of the Yucatan Peninsula.

Siberian Huskies - the US (although people claim they originate from Siberia, the dogs that were used to register the breed as a breed in the KC were nothing like the dogs of the Chukchi people in Siberia. There were so many other breeds included in the breedings such as Malamute, village-type Alaskan Husky, German Shepherd...and so on)

Well, the American Cockers (like Maddie) are from the US the breed sort of split, English :: American here.

But, to be more specific, they think that the first spaniel was brought to North America on the Mayflower... from a type of dog imported into England from Spain. And something about Spaniel referring to the country of origin (Spain)
