A good book ALL puppy owners should read is Before and After Getting Your Puppy by Ian Dunbar. Lots of good info on socializing, raising, housebreaking, bite inhibition (+ exercises), etc.

Before and After Getting your Puppy is a reall good book! :) I still prefer How to Raise a Puppy you can Live With though. Reading both would be good!

I've never read that book. Ian Dunbar is my #1 guy, but I might stop into B&N and see if they have it.. would be nice to recommend something else in addition to Dunbar's book :D

You're driving me crazy here (I'm not the most patient person, ya know :)

I can't wait to see the pics of your new pup. I'm going to get a new pup, too, but I think I'd drive everybody crazy if I start my countdown now 'coz I have 7 more weeks to go :(!
