Finally got ours up and decorated. Trains are up as well.

And a new addition this year - the kids bought me a construction site (HO scale, of course) for my birthday in November. Even came with a port-a-potty.

And a gratuitous shot of our "LEON" (it becomes "NOEL" on Christmas day - family tradition for a few generations now)
