Well, EliN and I are leaving on our great adventure Thursday. It's really a doggy trip. NY,NH,VT,MA and home. We will be back home Sept.4th. I think we'll both go crazy without Chaz.!!!! We will keep a doggy diary and post pictures when we get back . Chip was due for his kennel cough, got groomed for water play, and a vial for swimmers ears today. With dog stuff, food, etc,the back end of my 4X4 will leave us little room for our things....!!! The dogs will have 3/4 of the rear. Neither have stayed at motels or traveled like this. Will be interesting !!!!! Wish us well !!!!

Sounds like fun. I was constantly worried about Blue when I went to Chicago, wish he could have come.
The 1 float trip Ive made this year I had to rearrange the way I load my gear to give BD the most room in my Jeep during the drive, he gets carsick sometimes.
Ill have to try to bring him on oner of the next few familly reunions.

Well, Chip is packed ....food, clean bed,towel,meds (I hope we don't need,)two leashes, tie out, health certificate, flashing blinker for night, water container...etc etc. Now, time to start on me !!! Glad it turned cooler...better pack some sweats !!! I removed part of one rear seat to allow more room for our " stuff" ....dogs come first...they both will have 3/4 of my 4 runner's back.I really gotta boogy tomorrow !!! I feel sorry for EliN !!! With working I know she has a lot to do ....one is to get a picture of Eli and Yogi to leave at the Dog Chapel in St Johnsbury..... I put Bubba's on the wall after he went to Rainbow Bridge...such a neat place !!!
I just packed up Hunter's food for the trip! He's got his lake towel, bed sheet, various leashes, etc. ready to go! Haven't even worried about ME yet! Here's the pic that's a tribute to Eli and Yogi for the dog chapel that I put in captions with their names and their dates of birth and death. Wasn't able to post it with the captions... (Yogi's on the left, Eli's on the right).
