Hey ya'll, my name is Jeremiah, and I recently became the daddy to a wonderful mix puppy named Thor. he and I have been together for about a month, and I gotta say that he is my best friend . I have tried to post some photos yesterday, but they are awaiting approval.... anyways.
I got approval from the wife to go to the pound and get an English bulldog that I had seen there the day before, but he was gone when I went to get him
, actually a GREAT thing. I got my Thormeister, and that is 10000000 % better than that other dog would have been!!! He was feisty when he was in the kennel @ the pound, trying to gum your fingers off, he was awesome. I took him outside with me to spend some "get to know each other" time together, and he was EXCITED!!! jumping to my chest, almost !. I couldnt take him home that day b/c he had to get some stuff modified , but when I got him we was still doped up and super lap dog and didnt want to do anything except sit in my lap!!
when I got him home he was already kennel trained, and 75% house-broken!!! (occasional accident, but nothing bad ) He has gotten "sit", "Down" , "stay" (as long as you are facing him), and "get it" (jumping to get the treat out of my hands, instead of waiting for it). The biggest problem that we have is moutheyness, and sock stealing.
