Changing Puppy Name...Final Time!!

Ok, I'm sure you all are thinking I'm totally nuts now!!! I can be SO indicisive sometimes, especially when it comes to names!!! I just have to find a name that's not too common and one that I think fits him now and as a full grown big dog and I don't think that Cooper does it. I liked Cooper (wasn't my favorite, but I liked it ok.) Anyway, don't think it's fitting for a big dog, maybe b/c our daycare provider has a shitzu named Cooper. Anyway, This is the FINAL time I am changing his name. We have decided to name him Sawyer. I think it goes well w/ our other dog Savannah, and when I look at his picture, I think it is totally fitting and perfect for a big dog as well.

Zoom ~ I hope you don't mind that we are choosing this name too. It truly was one on our list b/f I even saw any of your posts.

We were expecting to have him by Monday, but b/c of the weather, may not be getting him until later in the week!

changing a name is no problem before you get him but make sur eyou keep it when he is home or he will get confused, I give all my pups names before they leave so i can do some work with them and they get to know their names before they go to new homes

Changing names is fine. My first lab Brandy went through 5 name changes when I first got her until the perfect one was found.

I like the name Sawyer!! Adrienne was named "Daisy" when I got her and that name had to go.. lol

Thanks for your responses. I know it doesn't really matter (especially to the animal if he's not even here yet), I just speak before I think I guess. You know, I get so excited and then boom, I change my mind. Nothing wrong w/ that though I guess.

The breeder has been calling him Sawyer since I told her that was what we were going to name him.

We are picking him up late Wed. afternoon. I can't wait!!
