Cat eating cheetos?

Is this normal?
When i was gettin home last night from a night out i saw a cat in me balcony(i live on the 1st floor.) eating cheetos i musta left there before.It was coughing too and looked like it had a runny nose.
It didn't have a name tag or collar on so i took it in and let it rest in me flat.

I thought it was kinda weird what do you think?

My cats will argue over popcorn and one will literally bitchslap you for a piece of bread crust. They must've missed the "carnivore" memo.

Willie loves Pizzelles, it's weird. Neko will not touch human food (except Cheese) and Willie will eat it all!
