If you have media player (windows) or similar CD software you should be able to 'rip' - copy the music from the cd to a computer file to play without using the CD :)

You should be able to download the CD to your computer and just play it from a file that will never wear out. Or I could burn you a handful of copies...

Thanks Bonster..!!! that is what my son was trying to explain to me when i took him to school..(now i will play the dumb dinasaur parent and get him to come over and "show" me) and have an excuse for a visit.:D
When i had computer illustration at the art institute it was so long ago we learned MacPaint and thought we were hot stuff! When Aaron had to show me to right or left click he looked at me like i was from mars and said "What DID they teach you at that school of yours?" I will remind him of that when technology zooms past him too and he has to learn from Frankie or Hyia.:p

If it's a CD that's been pressed, you will likely need to play it for a long, long, long, long time before you wear it out. I would go as far as to say you'd be sick to death of the CD before you actually wear it out. A burned CD/dvd is a lot less durable and will only last a few years in all likelyhood.

kinda like waking up in the night and hearing a few of the songs..they dont have them listed on the cd and it didnt come with the case or i would post the best ones. I have always been a sucker for old cowboy tunes;) and there are lullabyes to boot.

Do you like it too? or am i the only one:rolleyes: corny enuff to really enjoy this? my mama had a reader's digest set of records..all old cowboy tunes sung with the best vocals and the sliding guitars still ring my memory. She would play them on the stereo each afternoon, that and the collection with songs like the Days of wine and roses. Maybe that is why i find them so lovely, i don't know, just glad i found it. Thanks Saje There is just something so nice about waking up to Dream River and dozing back off.
