To me, seems a Russian Ovsharka, and what is our opinion ?

Caucasian Ovcharka or the Central asian Ovcharka, maybe. Probably the CO.

I'm by no means an expert, but looks like the CO to me.

A teddy bear that can eat your face off...

Could be Russian with those folded ears. To play devils advocate, could also be a malamute X/Leo mix as well..

Then you and I are looking at two different pictures. The ears of that pup are cropped in the classic CO cut.

yes they are cropped..very short in keeping with the CO. You can see the straight line of the remaining ear leather on the lefthand side.

I really can't be sure of the breed but whatever he is he's a real cuddle bunny. He looks like one of those big stuffed toys you can buy, adorable is what I would call him.

CO and CAO have both same crop really amputation on ears
CAO have tails CO dont

But now due to banning of cropping and docking that will not be the case all the time.

Based on the color I would Say CAO cause the CO is being bred more for dark colors and longer hair.

But the way the pic is taking makes pup look HUGE and CO should be bigger than CAO.

however again the Russians are changing both breeds into NON working MONSTERS!!
