Can I just rant?!?!

I am wokring on a project, well its done now And I got put with a girl who is absent quite a bit, and no one eles wanted to work with her, and I wasnt there to stand up for myslef, and got put with her I have NEVER liked this girl, and well I cant stand her!!! Shes one of those people who are always TRYING to get attention on themselves! Shes mouthy, stupid and annoying. Well, she worte one thing, and it was short(mostly copy and pasted) and sent it to my e-mail and said she would say that for our presentation..... She sent it to me in english and well mind you, the project was in french!! So I translated it, and well wrote the rest of the project! So yes, today we were supposed to present, and she didnt come to school! After me working my arse off all day friday,saturday, AND SUNDAY, to get it done! She didnt come!!!!!! She wasnt that sick eather I know it, she has a very constent jigger!! And yes, So she wasnt there and just now she has the nerve to say to me "Well you could have presented it, and excuse me if I was firggen sick, and people dont realize that i get sick more that other people!" And she KNOWS I am one of the people too who tends to mis school a bit, but I am trying to do better this year, trying to get my grades up you know, just trying to do better. and My teacher puts me with her....

Irritating, isn't it . . . I had a few like that when I was in school. You'll survive and learn a lot of lessons about dealing with people like that that will come in handy later on. Trust me, out in the workforce, those sorts of people are all too common . . .

And this is why I hated randomly assigned groups in school. Being a 'smart' kid has major down sides. People always pawn work off onto you if you're not grouped with friends. And it's not like you can just tell them to bugger off and do their own work either because then you both suffer with a bad grade. I never saw the logic to the system. It's just teaching people with no motivation how to skate by and rely on others.

By 'smart' I don't mean intellectually superior or anything like that. I worked hard and payed attention in class, thus getting good grades and being labeled 'smart'. I guess I was smart for paying attention but still...

Just saying that the 'smart' people were just generally those who worked harder and thus the people who didn't want to work as hard knew they could just ditch the assignment on the other people because the other people wouldn't want to get a bad grade.

BUT Geuss what!!!! I just found out that Degrassi: the next generation is on at 9 insted of 2 and that means I GET TO WATHC IT NOW!!!!!!!! I am SO happy, this will make ALL my teusdays A LOT better, knowing I get to go home and watch all the teens on Degrassi deal wit htehir fake problems
