As promised, here are the details about the event we're putting on in February. It's located in Alameda, CA (the SF Bay Area) so if you're local you should heavily consider attending It's going to be a great party.

What do hot girls, pit bulls, calendars, and philanthropy all have in common? Come find out at “Bullylicious,†a one-night event benefiting BADRAP and Pinups for Pitbulls February 20th from 7pm-midnight at Autobody Fine Art Gallery in Alameda.
Bullylicious will feature live music by 77 El Deora, Patty Schemel (of Hole, Pink, and Imperial Teen) with special guests, and live burlesque (including a special performance from Pinups For Pitbulls founder Little Darling) as well as a raffle, silent auction, calendar signing booth, and more. Special appearances by Pinups for Pitbulls Calendar models Little Darling, Audiogirl, and Ana Poe, and BADRAP spokesdogs Johnny Justice, Muggy, Lola, and Honky Tonk. All proceeds will go to BADRAP and Pinups for Pitbulls, organizations dedicated to improving the lives of American Pit Bull Terriers.
BADRAP was founded in 1999 and has gained recent acclaim for their public involvement with the Michael Vick dogs and helping change public policy to reflect sympathy for custody dogs taken during raids. BADRAP’S goal is to secure the future of the American Pit Bull Terrier as a cherished family companion.
Pinups for Pitbulls is a 501c(3) that produces an annual Pinup themed calendar with the goal of raising awareness about breed specific legislation and breed specific abuse, and to raise funds for Bully-Breed rescue groups through out the country. Last year alone they were able to donate almost $20,000 to various rescue groups through calendar sales and numerous fundraisers and will be featured in this season of Animal Planet’s “Pit Boss.â€
Suggested donation of $10-$20 at the door with appetizers provided by Mona’s Table. There will also be beer (courtesy of Trumer Pilsner) and wine (courtesy of Folio Wine) available for a small donation. Event coordinators Donyale Hoye and Ana Poe encourage attendees not to stress about attire and to simply dress, “like you want to party.â€
