You have to watch their eyes, because they do kind of have that droopy look. If you're not careful, the eyelashes could begin to irritate the eyeball and cause problems. Their eyesight isn't the best in the world to begin with either, so any little bit can make a big difference. Then basically it's all the other problems that plauge giant breeds: displaysia, growing too fast for good bone structure/density...that sort of thing.
