actually i saw an add in the paper "chocolate lab puppies" and the location was at a local sporting goods store... funny though i was drawn to that add, then i got there and looked at this 8 month old blue eyed floppy eared furball that had come up to the front of the cage when i got there... it was like he chose me... i feel so lucky to have a dog like him... he means the world to me, and even as i sit here and type to you he is at my feet dreaming of playing fetch, he never leaves my side

Interesting. Does he have any genetic defects?

not a one... i take him to the vet every two months and he has scored an a+ every time... he got in to an easter basket last year ate every bit of candy in it... took him to the vet, and he was perfectly fine... besides having a bit of foil in his poo

Bubba is so adorable. We rescued a chocolate lab "Lady" and have no idea how old she is. Your pics kind of make me think around 5 or 6.
