We can't diagnose her over the computer. You really need to take her to the vet. ASAP.

Agree - Vet, sooner rather than later. And to play it safe, keep her away from all your other animals and all people until then. Can you lure her into a crate with some food?

If you have to touch her at all, be sure the wash up with soap and water after.

Does she have a current rabies vax?

no, we are not shooting her, ug, I over reacted!! like always. I feel really stupid. but, she just has brown speckles, and she just had a drink of water, when her mouth was all wet. I will get pictures of the speckles.. I think its a matter of a poor diet.. I know this is crap, but, we have been feeding them Whiskas. Could this have something to do with it? I know you guys aren't vets. But, I think half of this is poor nutrition.

No, Whiskas wouldn't be harming your cat unless it's one of those rare, rare times when some food is recalled on account of a problem.

Just drinking water doesn't make a cat drool like a St Bernard. Don't show us brown speckles. Get your cat to a vet if she is walking funny, has brown speckles and is drooling. She may have gotten into poison. We cannot diagnose this over the Internet. We can not diagnose this at all. We're not vets!

Spirit,
Whatever you decide to do with the cat, if it would happen to die, put her in a plastic bag, do NOT freeze the body, but keep it cool.... then get to your county health dept to have her sent away and tested! there is no charge (at least in my county) and it is very important to do with those symptoms!
How is she walking? Also, you shouldn't mess around the cats mouth!!!!!

Julie.

Ps...... AND GET ALL OF YOUR ANIMALS VACCINATED AGAINST RABIES!.....
I wouldn't have an animal not vaccinated against rabies around and in my house, especially around kids....

Ditto everyone else !
Even if its not rabies, its an outside cat, right? Walking funny? Poison is likely !!

I hope you got her to a vet :(

Yes, poison would be more likely, especially this time of year....
but for those of you that read my rabies story... I tend to be VERY cautious.

I hope you seek vet atten for your cat. :)

Best wishes,
Julie.

Drooling and walking funny sounds like poison to me too. Get her to a vet, please.

And please vaccinate your animals against rabies!

Ok, I will make sure we get her to the vet, or do something with her, for the sake of her. she isn't walking funny anymore, And isn't drooling anymore, she still needs to go to a vet though. oh yes, Hershey, Lucky, and Hunter are vaccinated, even the ferret, Tigger. So, all of the animals are vaccinated except her.

I know MOe, but I am only a minor, if I had keys to a car, believe me, she would be going there ASAP. But, I asked my mom, and she said, that she was fine, which I don't believe, I am trying as hard as I can to get her to the vet. I know, it sounds dum, but, I am really. Even if I am on the computer right now, I am trying to get her to say yes, to taking her to the vet. But, believe me, I am trying.

Hi spiritus... this is actually making me angry, which is rare. Unbalanced, drooling, showing signs of poisoning, pancreatitis, kidney failure, a miriad of possible serious illnesses/conditions. Your mom not being willing to take the cat to the vet is neglegent. You have made posts about your parents negligence with their animals before. If she refuses to take the cat, please call Animal Control and ask them what they might do to help. They need to speak to her about this cat, Hershey and more!
