well it was cardiac arrest... at only 32 that's not usually "natural" but it is possible.

Either way.. totally sad. way too young

i would doubt that... especially considering her husband tried to request no autopsy, if this was a shocking death... he would certainly want one to find out what was wrong.

It said she was found in the shower so, I suppose if she liked cold showers, it could've caused wide-spread vasoconstriction then BAM, heart attack!

But drugs are more likely.

Anything IS possible, but unlikely.....

I did have an aunt (mother's sister) who had MASSIVE heart problems from the age of 29-30. Cardiac arrests, and all sorts of issues. She wasn't a druggie, a mother of one little girl, and just unlucky with a bad heart........she finally passed away in her early 40's on the way to Cleveland OH to receive a new heart

I know i wouldn't want one if I was a celebreties husband. Why? so I can see leaked photos of my naked dead wife opened up on a table a few weeks after I buried her? How long did it take for heath ledger to get out? 2-3 weeks?

theres many reasons an autopsy would be denied by family/spouce, religious or moral reasons, publicity issues, perhaps SHE didnt want an autopsy...i know ive told my parents that unless cause of death requires it (ie murder or potential dangerous infection/illness/pathogen) i would prefer to NOT have an autopsy. ive also told them that i want to be an organ donor (if they will take them) but they cant have my eyes...
and ive made it clear i want to be cremated.
even at 25, those wishes are clear because life is unexpected.

theres no reason to think she might not have said similar...
either way...
its their right.

either way...such a shame!

She's really going to be missed... We love Happy feet and it won't be complete without her... But it's her time to rest... from Michael Jackson, Patrick Swayze, Stephen Gately, who else... and Now she's next... :'(

My dear, wonderful friend, Angie, went that way at 32, and she'd never taken drugs of any sort. The most potent thing she'd ever had in her system, up until being treated for breast cancer, was Zima.

So ya, Brittney Murphy could very well have died with out the help of drugs, but it seems to me that I've read (or heard on news ) she was having issues with drugs long before now.

I don't know... i liked her but she's always looked a bit... sickly to me. Just overly thin and bags under her eyes. I don't know maybe that's just me
