I want a chocolate rough coat border collie puppy. Never really liked the chocs but the last few days they've just started appealing to me. And my puppy is to grown up now.

Today I am really pining over a big, classic looking male border collie.

I usually go for off markings and such but lately I just really want a traditional looking BC.

I'll send you Rory :p He's kinda sorta still a puppy!

Today I want a Mudi. Blue merle, in particular, but I'm not too picky.

Laurelin, I know a dog who looks like he could be the littermate of that BC! He's one of the nicest I've seen - so classic and "made to last". He's a big boy with the most gorgeous coat. Tons of drive too.

I'll have to get pictures of him some day!

Beautiful!

My favorite BC colors are actually merles although I understand they are not common in the working world so there's probably no chance I'll end up with one.

I'm not sure why I'm not that fond of traditionally marked BCs. I think it's because when I see a traditional BC I think of conformation BCs.

That's Redtop Riggs, the current national champ. :) Definitely a handsome dog.

I have always preferred tricolors and black and whites in BCs. Though I do love me a good split face (especially with freckles). Then again I tend to like more traditional colors on most breeds.

I am DYING for a portuguese podengo, of any size, but i really love the smallest ones. Pico on Flickr is a PP and he is easily one of the most adorable, softest/sweetest/silkiest/funniest and just downright perfect dogs i've ever seen. appearance wise, the rough coats are my PERFECT match.

this is Pico. see what i'm saying? LOL

here's the link to his whole album, because if i know anyone on here, i know SOMEONE is gonna want more Pico.

Still REALLY want an Aussie! I found a good looking breeder a little over an hour from me. I really want my first dog "on my own" to be an Australian Shepherd. I'm just head over heels with them!

I found a breeder that breeds Neapolitan Mastiffs and Spanish Mastiffs. And not only do they breed both, their Neos are GORGEOUS and actually one I would consider buying. And she is from Indiana! (Recentally relocated to NC though...boo...) I sent her an email a few days ago and she seems very nice and very personable. We didn't get to chat long as she just whelped a litter of Spanish Mastiff puppies, but I'm hoping to get more information about both breeds soon!

So yes. I'm almost wondering if a Neo or Spanish Mastiff will come before my lab pup!(These are from Centurian Mastini Kennels):

*SQUEE!* I wantz. Now.

Today I want a Border Collie. A traditionally marked black bi, red bi, or black tri. Give me one with cool eyes (other than brown) and it'll be twice as good! I'm a sucker for the awesome eyes!

I particularly want a BC from Hob Nob Border Collies. Can anyone tell me if she's a good breeder? She looked fine to me and I really like the look of her dogs ;) Makes it even harder to resist since she has a litter due the day after tomorrow.
