At least they weren't throwing red paint onto people And the signs didn't say "Breeders Kill!" they said "Mutts Rule" and "Breeders Kill Shelter Dogs' Chances." They should've left the show alone, but I don't think its as bad as people are making it out to be.

You could hear the booing in the show. I watched part of best in show and after the dobe, you could hear the booing. I just thought the crowd was booing the dobe though.

I saw that, and it just made me sick/sad... to think that all of that misdirected, uneducated energy could be directed at a just cause... not at the only people left who are preserving quality dogs. (not including working breeders of course)

"Mutts rule"? I wish they would protest at the nasty puppy mills, the pet stores and the backyard breeders' homes, who are PRODUCING the unwanted mutts that are flooding shelters.

Idiots! My sister, the huge "Animal Rights" activist, owns an Aussie from a breeder who breeds merle to merle. Her dog is from those parents, she knows this and said she will get another because, get this, show people are snobby! WTF!!!!!!!

It makes me so angry that she would support a bad breeder.
