My twin terrors both carry their tails curled over their backs when they are overly excited in a goofy manner and I know for a fact they are all Border Collie. So maybe Bamm is too? Doesn't really matter. He's cute regardless.
Just to add some pictures (Though none are probably going to be decent) this is my double trouble duo, Spank and Bandit. Let's see who remembers how to tell the clowns apart.
