Bones from pet stores ??

Everything is brought in boned anymore unless you find a true butcher . No luck for me today for Ollie .... but I've got baby back ribs for me tomorrow !!! Yummmmmmmmm !

In many areas you can go to the slaughter house and pick out your own bones. They will usually give them to you for free, especially if you buy meat there.

This butcher shop that I've talked about cuts their own meats OFF
the BONE. IF you are talking "WalMart" and most grocery stores then yes it's brought in boneless. We have 2 slaughterhouses in the area but doesn't look so clean. But then again, I don't know just what one is supposed to look like :D

I go to Albertsons and ask the butcher for a knuckle bone or leg bone. They are the only place that I know of that orders them. He saws it right then and there. Three large bones costs me $2.50 and they last for days. I freeze them in between use. I let them have them for one hour a day after their last meal. They are the raw bones. Not smoked or cooked.
