My Lab, Coco has blisters on her leg(or at least what I think are blisters). She has a line on her leg where her hair doesn't grow. I don't know why, but the vet thinks she scraped it somewhere. She goes outside for a good romp in the snow with me at least once a day. Could the snow & cold be causing her leg to blister? It actually looks like there are sores there. She licks it quite a bit. Is there anything I can put on it to make it heal better? How can I keep this from happening repeatedly?

I have no ideas, so I hope someone here can offer me a suggestion!

what else did the vet say and did he give you anything? Its most likely sore from constant licking, you need to find the problem before it can be cured

I don't perfectly get what you mean. Does it look like calouses(I'm not sure of the spelling)? If it is, you can try applying petroleum jelly on it. The hair will grow back in time.
