For those who dont remember i adopted both Kya and Bella from animal control. THey were sisters and i adopted bella out to a great family, whos lil girl ( i didnt know this) had leukemia. THey had stopped treatment for a while but they said going home to bella made her treatment alot easier. Unfortunatly, about a week ago camilla passed away, the just called to tell me. I cant beleive it, im in shock. The parents said they cant bear to keep bella and that they cant take care of bella. what could i say? i couldnt argue. so i said id take bella back and that it was no problem. I cant even imagine losing a child :( it mustve been horrible for them. Well so we recently moved to a bigger house so now we have space to keep bella, so i guess im going to keep her. Her and kYa get along wonderfully and shes a sweety. Well to those who dont remeber her, heres a few pics:
Them as Pups (kya on the left, Bella on the right)

Them at the recent playdate:

Has any1 ever had problems raising siblings together? Should i walk them together?

I know of, and speak too at least 2 people who have siblings together, BUT they are brothers.

I think it can be done, and the fact they have been raised seperately will help a TON :)

Oh my heart is breaking for Camilla's family!:(

It's great that you were able to take Bella! It's a good idea to walk them together but make sure you work in individual training sessions. This will help not only with training but keeping them used to being separated from each other at times and being able to handle it without a problem.

Okay, I can't do the whole sibling schmeal right this second because I am being forced to go hiking in about 10 minutes, but I promise to get back on as soon as I get back and type your eyes off, :p .

Also just letting you know right off that I am NOT an expert, I am only speaking (typing) from personal experience, other people's experience that I have been told, and research (of which I have done more than I would have liked, lol).

First, questions:
How old are they now?
What breed(s) are they?
Are they both females?
Who is submissive/dominant, are they both dominant, etc.

I promise to hit this thread first as soon as I get back from a fun filled day of hiking in the heat with 5 kids under the age of 10 (that's sarcasm, lol).

im not sure about dominance, i havent spent much time with bella since she was pup, but she always was shy.
