Yellow Boy yawns..

Row of puppies!

I think this will be my best litter yet! Based on the parents, the pedigree, the specific linebreeding, and how the pups are turning out so far. They will definatly have the best heads and coats I've bred, and they are all solid black, which I love.

Fidji (Purple Girl -- Uniquity's Spirit of Fidji) is staying with me for 8 months, maybe a bit longer. She is traveling to Europe, and she can't get into Norway until she is 7.5 months old, so I have to keep her until then, but I will show her and finish her championship in the meantime, so hopefully that won't take long (it shouldn't!). Her new owner is a breeder who has been breeding for many many years -- and he will show her in Europe, and also compete in IPO/french ring with her.

Blue Boy is the hellion. He is very naughty. He ventures the farthest, he wags his tail the most. He barks at you when you first walk in, barks at the adult dogs, and acts like he owns the place -- at only 2 weeks old. He's very playful. Growls and "acttacks" you hands or whatever he can hold on to. Loves to snuggle and climb all over you. He's the noisy one. He likes to howl. He'll be a handful. I can see dominant tendencies already -- but I have a home on my waiting list that does french ring and mondio sport -- so he might be the one.

Yellow boy is FAT. He was the smallest puppy born, but doubled his weight in a week and became the largest. He has the biggest head and the biggest everything else. He has the most coat. He looks very typical for my puppies -- it is the others that look different to me, because they have more "refined" heads (whereas my dogs tend to be more moderate to coarse -- so I'm excited to get some "typier" puppies). Yellow boy sleeps. And when he's not sleeping, he's looking for a tiny space to squish himself into so he can sleep. He is so friendly and loves to cuddle.

Red boy is a bit of a loner. He's finally just starting to show his true colours -- being a bit more snuggly and enjoying being petting and held, barking, and playing. He's very cute. He was the largest puppy born, but is now the smallest.

All puppies are taken! ;) Visa's very last litter will be next year.. And then she will be el-spayo, and back into the agility ring. Enjoy the pics!

They're adorable!!! You'll have to post updates often because I think it would be neat to see how their coats and heads progress over time.

Yes, please keep up with the updates! You have a gorgeous litter and it will be very neat to see how they go from "puppy" to Belgian.

Cute pups!

Just one question. Can you finish a dog under 2 years in the States? Here in South Africa, at least two CC points have to be after the dog is 2 in order for it to be a finished Champion.

I am always interested in the different rules.

Yes, in Canada or the US you can start to show and finish a dog when it is only 6 months old. Most people think this is great when this happens, because the puppies are always competing against adult dogs for points, so if they finish early, they must be really nice; But what people don't really take into account is that the dog isn't done growing for another couple of years -- it might be nice as a puppy, but as an adult it could be ugly as all heck with poor structure. So it doesn't seem fair.. But then I see PLENTY of poorly structured dogs finish as adults, so in the scheme of things I guess it doesn't really matter. My lines mature very quickly so it's easy for me to finish them young -- but they still grow up to be nice dogs lol.

Thanks everyone! I will definatly keep sending updated pics. Fidji, especially, will always be in front of the camera if she's living here!!

Very interesting. I did not know that. Well, good luck and have fun with her. They are super adorable.
