Hi all,

Not sure if many of you remember me (although I see a lot of familiar faces from other places ;) ), but I joined a while back. I lost this link when I had to reformat my computer, but stumbled across it again. How could I miss out!

A lot has changed. I no longer have Sarge :( We had to have him PTS Easter 2006. Since then, I have acquired other doggy furballs.

Ike was given up to us. I don't remember if I had him when I had joined here, but he was a siberian husky my friend had gotten a while back. She ended up moving out of her dads house, left the dog behind, and the dog was constantly coming to our house. So we finally got to the point of asking if they just wanted to let us have him. They willingly did so.

Kelso is a 1 year old GSD mix. Not sure what he's mixed with. But he reminds me a lot of GSD. He's just smaller :D I adopted him April 28, 2006. He was only 8 weeks old.

Lugar is our newest. He's an 11 month old Am. Staff mix (or "pit bull" whichever you prefer lol). I adopted him from the shelter February 28, 2007. He's such a goof ball, but so sweet. I've never seen him show a mean face to anyone! He doesn't even know what the word "mean" is. LOL

My mom has since gotten 2 chihuahua's from a lady who could no longer look after them. Cheech and Chong are 7 and 8 years old. They've had to take a while adjusting to the household, but they're doing so much better. However, Chong refuses to see that I'm a good person. lol He doesn't like me ever since he came here and I'm baffled as to why. I've done everything I can to get him to like me, but he just doesn't trust me. He was at the point at first of screaming and pooping all over himself when i'd pick him up, but we've gotten past that. He only urinates a tiny when I pick him up, and will come over to me if I have my side turned and not looking at him. The minute I make eye contact he hauls butt the other way! Ah well, I've got my monsters. lol

We also had Tibbit return to us. Tibbit was one of the two puppies we brought back from Texas. My aunts dog had an oops litter, and we were able to have homes for them immediately. We have given Tibby to our friend, but unfortunately it had gotten to the point where it was not working out with their other dog (many months later). So she is here with us and not going anywhere. My dad is in love with her. lol Which is surprising!

So I now have 8 dogs in my house. LOL Eesh!

Tags had ended up having a litter of kittens last year in August. She had 5 total. 1 died at birth, the second died at 3 weeks due to unknown causes, and the third at 4 weeks to pneumonia. I just recently lost a 4th one in March. He was hit by a car right in front of my house. We had to have him PTS. :( So I am left with only one out of the litter, and he is getting fixed in the next couple weeks. Mommy was fixed soon after her litter, though. So no more babies, seeing that my dad can't be nice enough to make sure she wouldn't go out.

I have two other kittens, one was just neutered today. The other we adopted from the shelter.

So, I'm going to not make this any longer than it needs to be. LOL I will post some pictures for you all to see. They are not very recent, but I figure it's better than not having any at all! =) They were taken about 1 month ago (if that).

So hello again from my crew of 14!

Thanks for the warm welcomes all. Sarge had become very ill, very quickly from renal failure. It was for the best. But I still miss him terribly. He was my "heart dog".

I have posted pictures of my pooches!

Hi, and WOW! I often joke with my husband about wanting to have a ton of animals roaming around our house (which he always says NOWAY) and it sounds like you are living the dream :D
