Hey everyone! Hope you are all doing well! I know its been forever since I have been around so figured I'd update you on the huskies via pics!

To start off with, some big exciting news, brought home a new addition! Her name is Vixen and right now she is 11 weeks old. She is a purebred Siberian Husky boasting all old-school lines in her pedigree. She is honestly everything I have been looking for in a pup for the past 2 years. She's dominant, feisty, stubborn, great sprint body, fast learner, confident...I just can't say enough good things about her! AND as a bonus she's tri-coloured with a dark face and blue eyes (my secret fav look on a sibe). Vixen and her sister Matilda, it was one or the other for me to bring home. I would have been happy with either, both have stayed actually quite similar. The breeder kept Matilda. They are about 3-4 weeks old in these pics

A couple days after bringing her home. She settled in right quick! She's 9 weeks old

As for Ronan...well...he's not so much into the whole "puppy thing". While he is really good around her this is his true feelings....

But rather than be put off by him, Vixen finds more humour in mocking him and mimicing his actions, even his looks!

That is one great looking pup! I mean seriously, love her build. She looks so sound. She has a face to die for too, very mature looking while keeping the puppyness about her. I love how dark her face is in addition to the tri.

I can not wait to see watch her mature and grow.

That face Ronan is making get's made a lot around my house to at a certian little puppy. What we put our dogs through.

And also, Traveler has that Pinch Me Tick toy. It's his favorite ever and he was just no more than a couple hours ago having zoomies around the yard with it in his mouth

But anyways, congrats on the puppy! She looks amazing!

Linds,you have a good eye She's been measured up by a couple senior mushers and they say her (and actually the whole litter) are measuring out perfectly! She had a stint where her toes started going outwards but they have straightened back up as she keeps getting bigger. All 6 pups have gone to working homes (breeder kept 2, my friend/tattoo artist/fellow musher took one, another semi-local musher took one and one went to the Northwest Territories). Looking forward to comparing the 4 that are within an hr of each other as they grow. Very curious to see if all 6 stay as uniform as they were at 9 weeks old.

Zoom, some days I just can't wait till she grows up and gets to put a harness on, other days I'm trying to soak up every second of puppyness cause I know it wont last long enough LOL

Sawyer would like to add that she's the cutest puppy ever and his biggest wish in life right now is to come play with your crew.

He. LOVES. Huskies. Gets all goofy-faced and zoomy around them and they're the only breed he'll run up to in the parks and initiate play.

Vixen is too cute! That coloring is gorgeous. Is she going to be smoother coated than your others? I haven't really been around husky puppies before, but I expected more fluff.
