BC pup hooked on for first time!

Well, my 7 month old female Border Collie pup hooked onto a sheep for the first time. My mom caught this photo of her in her BC stance. It's a great picture. I was wondering when she would show any interest in livestock...and she finally did. The females always mature slower in that aspect. It seems like it takes them longer to realize what they're suppose to do.

Isn't she gourgous. I love the broder collie and if not for living in an apartment that is what we would have gotten. But they would never get the exercise required in my lifestyle. So they would never be happy. She is cute congradulations.
