I gave the puppy (I'm liking the name Pompadour) his first bath in his new home, he didn't cry of struggled the only thing he did was shacking :p

I used a towel later but he was scared of the hair dryer  we need to work on that.

Now dry

Mr. Fish looks like a truly desirable toy. And the baby is incredibly cute; how do you get anything done? I mean, with all that playing and tummy tickling and cuddling and laughing at puppy antics and all....

Too cute! Glad he doesn't mind baths too much. How is he about nail trims?
I haven't tried the nail trims yet, since he came with the nails short from the breeder, we will see in a few months how he behaves.

I´m glad he liked the fish. He´s adorable!
He's obsessed with the fish, he likes to run with it :D

I would start now, to help reinforce that the nail clippers are a good thing while he's young and learning instead of starting suddenly in a couple of months.

He's adorable. I'd love to feel his coat.

Ditto this. When I've got a puppy around I always take a pair of scissors (metal, so they are nice and cold) and touch it to their pads while they are laying down. And I feed them hotdogs as I do it. It makes things sooo much easier when they are huge and strong to not have them pulling their feet away the instant cold metal touches them.

Even if you just start by training him to have his feet handled, claws manipulated, etc. He'll probably need a lot in the way of paw grooming throughout his life.

And he is super cute! I'm so happy you finally found the kind of dog you've been wanting. :)
