Bamm got a bath... picture proof

My sister and I were talking earlier and I told her that I need to give Bamm a bath before my family all gets out here for the wedding. Decided to just do it today and she told me to take pics... so I did.

They aren't the greatest quality because they are with my phone, but enjoy!

First off... here's him yesterday... had to share this one

Not very happy with me

I left him in the tub with the doors closed so the dirty water could drain and so I could then rinse him with fresh clean water... if you don't close the doors he will NOT stay in the tub and you wont be able to get him back in, lol...

This is NOT funny mom... let me out NOW!

LOL. He looks so suspicious already...when he's still in the bedroom. He must have known what was in store for him. He looks so miserable in that 2nd picture. And OMG! You're so "mean"...locking him in there. ROFLOL!!! :rofl1: Poor baby. So, where are the "after" pictures of a clean, fluffy Bamm? Did he race around with the zoomies, rubbing his face all over the floor afterward? I love how they get so goofy after the bath.

Luckily my three love to get a bath, since the weather is warm right now, they get the bath outside, but then get led back into the lanai until they are dry, or they would be out in the yard rolling around in the sand to get all the clean off of them:rofl1:

Limeysgrl, I have one that tolerates a bath...no real objections and one who loves a bath, luxuriates in the warm water like a diva in a long awaited for bubble bath. My late Doberman didn't love the bath at all. But he got a treat when he'd "go jump" into the tub. So, he learned to jump in anyhow so I didn't have to lift his 90 lbs. LOL. He stood there and took it, but I could see he really wasn't very thrilled....not until......he got out and got the zoomies. It's nice, isn't it when they enjoy a bath. I give Jose` a treat a few times during his bath so he'll look more favorably on it.

HAHA I didn't get any after pictures of him but I did lay the towel on the floor and he rubbed his whole body all over it like crazy and then ran around the house with zoomies. It's funny when you try to towel dry him. When you towel him off he gets so excited that he bucks his back legs and his tushy up into the air constantly HAHA weirdo.

Too funny. I wonder why he bucks like that. He must be so relieved to be finished with the drama. LOL. Chulita fits nicely in one of two kitchen sink compartments. She's so easy. I can stand upright and it's easier on my back. Then I just drop a towel around her and squish her around in it and turn her loose. Jose` is just a little too big, a little too squishy in the kitchen sink, so he gets bathed in the tub.

lol Bamm has always bucked like that. He does that sometimes if you scritch him on his lower back too. He just starts hopping his back legs in the air. LOL... it's pretty funny too

haha I know I do lol... you would think that since I'm a photographer I would take lots and lots of pictures of him, but I don't take nearly as much as I used to him anymore. I really need to take him out to a park or somewhere sometime soon so I can get some good outdoor pics of him and I do have a video camera so I should video him more.

Oh, you are a mean mean doggie momma! He looked perfectly clean in the first pic........what does he need with a bath? LOL He's so handsome, clean or dirty, I'd totally date him if I had 4 legs and was covered with fur, hahahaha

I love the after bath zoomies too, but we have tile floors all downstairs so I have to make Orson hold back or he'll end up with a broken body part or broken house parts! LOL

hahaha you are wayyyyy too funny cooper. LOL!!!! He looked clean... but he smelled... well... he goes to my friends farm a lot and rolls in horse poo so you can imagine.

My family is coming into town this thursday and friday because my wedding is on friday and a lot of them haven't met Bamm so I wanted him clean and pristine... just wish he'd let me clip those **** toenails though.

I'm going to pull a totally nasty card to guilt you into taking more pictres: you need to take more because you never know when your furry friends will be gone. Take it from me. A little under 3 years with Bella and I only have about 300 pictures, and I hate that I don't have more!

And video too! Take more pictures, girl! I'm going to scho for photography next year just so I'll have the camera and the knowledge to take more pictures! (and so I can offer free pro shoots to shelters around my province)

After this week is over I'll be able to relax a little and get more photos taken. It's been stressful because I've been trying to get stuff in order for the wedding, etc. But definitely going to try and take a day to take Bamm out to the park and get some more photos of him for sure and some video.
