So the other day I had my head in the fridge and Bates was looking at me all cute 'n all, and I thought oh what the hey... Grabbed the whipped cream in a can and squirted it right in to his mouth.

He LOVED it.

And it was really funny too because there's the startle response of the squirting, quickly overpowered by the YUM factor of whipped cream and the tongue flopping everywhere and little drops of cream flying around the kitchen... Yeah...

Dane noses are bigger. So are their tongues. You know where this is going...
The danes really like whipped cream shots too :D

Little Biko can't handle the schoosh sound, so he gets to lick his out of my hand. Well, make that the kid's hands because they also find this new game very amusing.

I recommend trying it! More fun than a dog with peanut butter on the roof of his mouth. :D
Wonder if I should show up to training class tonight with my trusty can of Reddi Whip?

I do that all the time with mine, lol!

Shoot. I thought I had some video of Tallulah with the whipped cream but I've only got her with buttermilk.

I love those crazy eyes they get :D

The whipped cream can is my emergency recall, they would quit stalking a squirrel and come running back for that stuff!

I don't think there's anything wrong with treating a dog with a little dairy now and then, as long as they aren't lactose intolerant (and you'd find out fast if they were). Cheese is way safer than milk because it contains far less lactose, don't know where whipped cream comes though!

it should be okay since most whipped cream contains very little if any dairy now a days.

This thread is too funny!!

And Tallulah expression is amazing. You know she knows that the noise is coming, but the reward is to great to run away. :rofl1:

If only the treadmill would shoot our whip cream, then Tilly wouldn't be so afraid of it, then again, it would defeat its purpose. lol

Cute Video, Renee. Mine love whipped cream, but I have moved it to the great outdoors when I do it. I couldn't handle that much drool on my floor. :D
