Night terrors can occur at any age,but I would still keep an eye on her for the next bit. If she did cut three teeth it's possible that she got a really bad jab of pain and wasn't quite awake yet when the screaming started. I would mention it to her pediatrician next time you see him/her for an opinion.
I have been keeping both eyes on her lol

She's been doing well since then. sleeping really well at night as usual.

but she does have a check up coming up at the beginning of January so I will be sure to ask this Dr... it's not her regular pediatrician because she is on maternity leave lol but she has seen this guy before and he's great so I will ask him.

Sounds like a night terror. Aubrey has them every now and again and she's.... 16 months. Me and my sister (her mom) used to have them when we were little too.

I'm sorry. I know that this is a very serious subject, and I don't mean to make light of it, but what you said about the regular pediatrician being on mat leave made me laugh. Talk about taking your work home with you.
I'm glad to hear that Hannah hasn't had any more problems since that one time, and hopefully, that one time will also be the ONLY time.

I still remember ones I had when I was older . I was about 3 when my tonsils were removed on our dining room table . I was held down for the ether and fought like h*ll ! To this day I don't like restrictions or the feeling of loss of control ! Thus I never get drunk !

LOL I know what you mean.

I didn't even know she was pregnant until we went in for Hannah's last appt and she came in the room and I thought "hmmm... soemthing is different... OOOOOOOOH wow she's very pregnant" lol so then when we left I said to my husband "did you know she was pregnant" and he goes "huh... she's pregnant?" LOL he didn't even notice but I noticed it the second she stepped in the room lol
