It was really hot today, so I waited until fairly late this evening before I started walking the dogs. I walked them individually, because I think they need/deserve their individual attention. Today I walked biggest/most entergetic first - off leash, at the park

Turning around to make sure I'm coming...

Excellent 1min down stay, at a distance (can you even see her? lol)

Maddie has taught all of the dogs to enjoy water... including Miss Monster

Jumping over the creek - even though she was just totally in the water lol

Maddie thinks she's hunting all of the time...

All of the other pics were buff blurrs... except for this down stay

1min down stay at a distance... I'm so proud of both of them lol ;)
(can you even see her? lol)

Charlie, 20sec sit/stay

I'm so proud of him. Just this past March he was so shy and jumpy he would roll over on his back and pee if anyone reached for his collar. Now he's a confident, well behaived brat. I've even successfully gotten him used to cars, which he completely ignores now (he was an avid car chaser!)

He also got in the water, but it was just about dark so it was time to head home

It was an awesome day... On the sidewalk I ran into a couple very friendly people, talked to a mother and helped her son not to be afraid of Missy. She easily won him over with a big wet kiss! I also ran into another dog owner, and passed on some tips ("I wish my dog would behave like yours" hehehe *proud*)

Great pics :) Maybe you could send Maddie down here so she could teach Chloe to like water

Thanks!!

I'm sure Maddie wouldn't have a problem ;) Prissy Missy would rather die than jump in water - I think it had to do with her living outside in the elements. Now, I can't keep any of them out of the water :D

(well, I guess I could if I really wanted to  )
