I'd love to go to a large dog show too. I've been watching crufts over the last few days and it makes me really want to go.

Chance is AMAZING. He is even more breathtaking in person, and despite being extremely energetic he is a perfect gentleman. He has more spunk than a lot of the showline Aussies that I meet. He's a therapy dog as well, if I'm not mistaken.
I really wish Nancy would trial him more in agility. That boy's got potential for way more than just a novice title!

I was at Crufts yesterday god it was packed you could hardly more, I saw some truly stunning dogs, in takes over five halls for the show an in hall three they have a section called discover dogs, which has hundreds of stalls contain two–four of each recognised UK breed of dog as well as a few as of yet unrecognised breeds; at each stall there are breed club members who answer questions and offer advice on weather their breed of dog would be suitable for you as well as telling you what health tests their breed of dogs are prone to. You can smooth and cuddle the dogs but their pens are large enough and deep enough that they can get away from the public if they wanted to. Their were some really gorgeous miniature bull terriers who were wearing fluffy bunny ears which seemed quite odd but there are a lot of non doggie people who attend Crufts and I think it may have been to make the dog seem more acceptable to parents with young children and it did work as they were surround by kids wanting their photos taken with them
