How do your dogs try and get your attention?

When Teagan wants me to play with her she will stare at me then her toy and snap at me over and over again, she will also talk while she is doing the snapping motion. Pretty much demanding I play with her.

If I am eating and she wants some of your eats. She will cuddle up to you. She will gently put one of her paws on your leg while lovenly looking at you with the cutest expression. I dont give in, but Tyler does everytime.

She also will attack your face with kisses when she wants something.

Emme bounces on your feet or will paw at you over and over and over again with her monster feet. It sometimes hurts. She also will bounce up and down. We call this the Bouve Bounce. Also she barks when she wants inside/outside or wants a treat.

Casey my moms Scottish Terrier will poke you with his massif black nose, and sometimes he pokes really hard. He also does what we call meow, because its a noise that sounds like a cat. Another funny thing he does is jump in the air while bouncing backwards. It must be hereditary because his parents did the same exact thing. Did I mention he is very annoying?

He sticks his toy in your crotch... it's a bit awkward. Sometimes he'll hold the toy against your leg like he's just casually chewing on it and nip you very lightly like it's an accident. He's a brat!

Kaylee will poke and poke and poke. It can get violent. When she REALLY wants something she will poke you, then slowly crawl up your body using her nails like fingers and then nuzzle your ear and behind your neck. Then the tongue gets stuck into your ear.

It's kinda really creepy

Traveler is easy, he'll bark, stare and crawl onto you. Or go get into trouble

Daisy pokes you with her nose. Or she gets in front of you and kinda dances around. Or she just gets restless.

Benji usually crawls into your lap and looks really cute. Or he sits on the ground in front of you and stares and looks real cute. Or he rowrroorrrs at you. If the humans are being especially oblivious, Benji will bark. But a lot of the way Benji grabs attention is by looking cute.

When its dinnertime, which apparently is decided by Suzie, she will stare politely at me.

Then she pokes me with her muzzle. At the slightest move by me, she dashes to her spot. When I don't come, she hustles back to me. And sits.

And then she starts to paw. And it HURTS! If that doesn't work, she puts her front feet on my lap and looks at me longingly.

Jackson will stare at me. If I'm sitting on the computer, for example, he will sit and stare at me and let out a whine/bark thing. Lol. He's very talkative in that way.

Dance either: Sits in front of me and stares at me as intensely as she can, while wagging just the tip of her tail. When she does this though, she's in a spunky, playful mood and there really is no point in petting her... as when I do, it just sends her into a fit of floor rolling, LOL. Or she comes and rests her head gently in my lap for a minute and gazes up at me. Then I'll pet her for a few minutes, and she goes and lies down somewhere near me. Or she'll bring my a bone and drop it in my lap, and then just leave. I have no idea what she wants when she does that... I just pick the bone up, look at it, and tell her to take it, which totally makes her day (weirdo). Or she'll randomly find a sock somehow and just drop it in my lap, staring at me.

Ripley will gaze at me from across the room, or he'll come and rest his back against the arm of the couch, and twist his head around to gaze at me. Or he'll just moan and groan and whine in hopes of getting my attention, failing to realize that I hate that behaviour and it's never going to get him anywhere. And in bed sometimes he'll try to grab my arm with his paw... but that doesn't do anything but get him kicked off the bed if he persists. Oh well... one day he'll (hopefully) understand that unless he uses manners, he won't be recieving affection from me.

Keira will usually just gently rest her head in your lap and look up at you, ever so hopeful. Sometimes she'll stand in front of you and wag her tail once to each side, and give you the "Yep, I'm cute. You know you wanna pet me!" look.

Logan throws a ball in my face or if I'm sleeping he'll rub his head on me and grunt. If I'm on the computer too log he'll pull my hair.

Gavroche used to throw things at my head. If I'm on the computer too long he'll climb up behind me on the chair. Lately he's started whining if he wants something, using the most pathetic whine ever. He used to NEVER whine lol.

Ivan will throw his toys at me or just across the room (yes this is why we only have stuffies in the house, no hard toys), paw at me, or try to block what ever I'm doing by trying to get into my lap when he thinks I'm ignoring him.
Peewee is pretty simple, if he thinks its time for dinner he will body block me from leaving the dinning room/kitchen and aroooing sound that huskies are famous for. If he wants some attention he just climbs up and over you to either sit on you or next to you.

When she wants to play, Mika wll repeatedly throw her toy at me - picking it up and dropping it on me over and over again (and staring at me in between drops) until I finally pick it up an throw it for her.

Fozzie waves for attention. He will sit across the room and wink at you (I swear) and casually wave at you. If you still won't acknowledge him, he'll sit up and beg for like 30 seconds and wink. If he's laying next to you and you stop petting him, he'll roll over and wave both paws ever so adorably! He would not dareee paw me... he knows I would go apeshit! HATE getting pawed at.

Gonzo just gazes with the sweetest eyes in the world. Such a polite guy. If he really wants to play, he'll rub his body against you back and fourth once.

Quinn isn't a very vocal dog and unlike Dally she prefers to play with toys by herself, so she just stares or occasionally puts her head in your lap while staring with those pretty eyes of hers.

Dally's obnoxious! She usually talks to you in lots of roos and growls, and will chomp toys right in your face if she wants to play.

Kyra is the ABSOLUTE WORST! She will not take no for an answer and is completely obnoxious. My mom and I were trying to crochet the other day and Kyra could not handle my mom not giving her attention. She'd take her ball to the top of the couch and drop it, then push it under the couch and cry. If that didn't work she'd find another toy and throw it at our faces. Then she started walking on the back of the couch rubbing her body against us as she paced back and forth. She would try the ball again, pushing it under the couch and cry. Dig at my mom's feet as she "trys" to recover her ball from under the couch. Or she'll get a stuffed toy and shove it at your hands. As soon as we stopped crocheting she left us alone and went and laid in her bed.

Jack groans, moans and puts his head on your lap with a big sigh when he wants something.

Mini stares intently wagging her little tail as fast as it will go. It's so cute.

Micki doesn't really do anything to get attention, really.
