Aiden (GSD) is 3.5 right now and still has a little filling out left to do. He stopped growing height wise around 10-12 months though.

Quinn was done her height and 95% of her bulk by 6-7 months. She's filled out a teensy bit since then (put on like 4 pounds) and looks more mature, but has changed very little in the past two years.

Chloe was done growing/filling out by 2 years old. And by that, I mean she stopped looking like a puppy and looked like an adult dog. She hit her adult weight at around 9 months of age (45 pounds).

Here she is just under a year:

And just under two years, I think, if I have my dates right:

However, her coat didn't completely come in until she hit about 3 or 4. Then she became this fluffy mess:

Which is why she gets shaved down now. Good Lord, the fur.

Webster was full grown when I got him at 10 months. He looks pretty much the same and weighs the same as he did then.

Kim I honestly can't remember...it seemed like she just kept growing and growing forever but that's probably because we were told she would top out around 25lbs... ;)

Mira grew vertically until she was about 12-14 months but didn't really finish filling out til she was about 3yrs. She's still physically maturing a bit I think.
Rosey is 16, so I don't think she was ever little :p

But yah, Rosey was like Kim, just kept growing. She was supposed to be a little dog.. like 15lbs tops :p

Lola was pretty much done by 6 months, but her coat changed a LOT from 6 months to 2 years.

I have no idea how old Lucy was when we got her (The vet guessed 6 months) but she gained about 15 lbs and quite a bit of height.

We got Pip at ~9 months and while he hasn't gotten any taller, he kept filling out until maybe a year to a year and a half.

We got Maisy at ~9 months and I don't think she's changed hardly at all except for building up some muscle mass.

Squash, maybe close to 2. I think he's done now, though.

Only watched Shambles and Smalls grow. Smalls hasn't changed in the slightest since she was 6 months old. Shambles stop growing taller around 8 months, maybe a year, but filled out around two. I think he could fill out a bit more but.. he's so svelte as is I don't care.
