I have donated tons of cat litter to the local humane society. Molly of course is a rescue from our little town pound. We have rescued plenty of cats, one of which is our 18 year cat who we got as a three week old kitten when somebody drove by and tossed him out a car window into the Januaury snow. I am always telling people they should spay or nueter their pets. I also try to get people to reconsider when they they want to breed their horse. "I have this registered mare and a registered 2 y/o colt, I think they would make a nice baby" I hate hearing that, as if being registered is the only requirement for breeding. Its the same problem with dogs.

Those who really know me here know that I tend to go above and beyond my "" PART ""
I'll back you up on that:hail: .

I do whatever I can to help out my friend's rescue, whether it is picking dogs up from the vet or airport, helping do transports, taking dogs to the park or shopping areas to socialize and try to get interest in them, whatever. I send what I can to the rescue in WV that originally had Meg.

I take my wonderful, sweet dog who everyone falls in love with everywhere with me. And when they ask about her, I tell them she came from a kill shelter, I got her through a rescue, and there are million other really nice dogs out there just like her. Here's a card:D .
