Lol I'm a freak, I like the smell of cumin. I actually like most spice smells.

I haven't been around too many people with strong BO though, so perhaps the smell just isn't tainted for me yet :p

Up to about 3 days ago I never even knew what cumin was until a recipe called for it and I had to go buy it. That was an..awkward spice to ask for.

But no, I like the smell of it. Doesn't smell like BO at all.

If it was awkward to ask for GO, perhaps you are saying it wrong? Q-men (or maybe I have been saying it all wrong :rofl1:

And I don't think it smells like BO either, it has a spicy/chili type smell to me.........what BRAND do you have Sparks? LOL

I think Q-men is close...that's how I've always said it/heard it pronounced.
If I had to guess, I'd say GO was probably pronouncing it more like it's spelled...

LOL!!!:rofl1:

You just made my day. It isn't said the same as Cummins engine, I believe it's "coo-min"...

**off to find a dictionary with a phonetic sound out**

Dictionary says: Koo-mihn...

Yes, I was saying it wrong. Went up to a lady and went, "uh, do ya'll have cummin?" "Do we have what?" "It's a spice, I think", "Oh you mean coo-min!" "Oh, uh...probably, I'll find it." then I skiddaddled away and went up to another sales person "Do ya'll have coo-min?"
