I'd have to order it online if I wanted to swich, but WOW is this stuff more expensive than Innova...looks good but out of my price range. And what exactly does the 9-4lb mean? Because I'm really confused as to why something that is between 9 and 4 pounds would cost $70.
You get nine 4lb bags in the package.

I ordered the TWO lamb and apple off www.petfooddirect.com and got the 16.5 lb bag. with shipping included the cost was around $40. I think the ingredients look ALOT better than Innova and the TWO is a little more expensive. But with one dog I can afford it and he's worth it ;)
Why not just order directly from TWO instead of petfooddirect? Shipping is free from TWO and a 16.5# bag of Lamb and Apples is around $33?

I agree, it is worth it! I feed the Wild & Natural and am very pleased. I feel like TWO is the first food that hasn't left anything out that I look for in a food like taurine, carnitine, probiotics sprayed on after the cooking process, higher fat and protein levels and amazing omega 3:6 ratios etc.

That makes really obvious sense now that you pointed it out to me. :p :)

Perhaps once I get a regular flow of additional income from my training, I"ll be able to give it a try. I'm wanting to try EVO RM first, but it's $50 for a 16 pound bag, versus the $45 for 33lbs I'm paying for Adult. My dog is totally worth the best food out there, but I do need to eat too, lol.

The EVO RD is $50 for 16lbs where you live  :yikes: That is how much the large bag sells for here. I agree, that is a LOT of money!

I think it's because they JUST started carrying it (it's a very small grooming shop/natura dealer)...but I'm not sure.

is it really worth the price? right now i just can't justify spending that much on dog food. i can get it at the local petstore, so it's easy to get, but wow.

edited to add that i generally feed either canidae or innova, occasionally with a bag of something else thrown in, so it's not that i'm feeding poor quality food.

9-4

Are you referring to the bags that are sold, 9 bags, 4lbs each? Im sorry, Im confused as to what you mean also:confused: I know you can buy samples for I think it's $12, just the shipping charges. I buy the blackforest 33# bag ( the largest they make) two dogs it lasts me almost three weeks and it's $50. I'll look at the site now and see if I can see what you mean.

For my dogs it is worth it beacause of the difference I have seen and the ingredients, but all dogs are different and do well on different foods.

I fed TWO until the Diamond fiasco and switched at that point. I switched to Nature's Variety but was unhappy with Dante's coat. His coat was ok, but not close to what it was on TWO. I then switched to Canidae and if his coat didn't go back to the TWO coat I was going to go back to TWO. His coat is fabulous again (well not so much right now since he's blowing his coat) on the Canidae.

So for us, Canidae works just as well as the TWO at much less cost.

I just started my pugs on the TWO Wild & Natural grain free formula and OMG! They love all food, but this one they act insane over. They stand and stare at the food bin now:rolleyes:. I didn't switch over very gradually and their poop is tiny, firm and smells way less than before. They eat 1/8 of a cup twice a day on this food which is half of what they were getting before. I can't wait for some time to pass so I can see how their coats do on it. So far, I am VERY pleased with the TWO and at this rate don't imagine I will be switching.
I just gave my Husky a sample pkg. of the Wild & Natural ,he's a picky eater he went up and sniffed it and then crunch crunch crunch there went the pkg. !!! .
I'm sticking to the Canidae long term just due to cost but I'm going to mix in a bag of this for a change every once in a while, I was doing that with the Innova RM but I think he seems to like the TWO Wild & Natural

TWO sells 9 4lb. bags which I guess it keeps the food fresher than one big bag. So you get 9 bags with 4 lbs food each. I ordered the southwest chicken and herbs right from the co. in Florida and a 16.5 lb bag was $30.00. I am in Ohio and there are no dealers in this state at all. I feed the TWO in the morning and Nature's Variety for the evening meal. Dogs are doing great! If I could afford it, the only change I would make is go go totally to the NV raw prepackaged.

WOW I picked up a 4 pounder of TWO Wild and Natural so far everytime I put it in the bowl he's been attacking it LOL just wish it was not so dam expensive more then twice the price of the Canidae
Once the bag is gone he's going back to the Canidae but I will buy another bag of the TWO in a few months to break it up a bit for him maybe in the summer when he gets a lot more exercise running at the Dog park out in the woods
