Anxiety… I have it tonight and it sucks!

I don't often get anxiety and tonight it is brutal, that restless, pit of your stomach, feel it in your chest, nasty anxiety….

Can't put a finger on a specific reason, and it is driving me NUTS…

That's all…. LOL

Just putting it out there, but...I think you have PLENTY of reasons to have anxiety, lately!

Don't know if anyone is still open where you're at, but I take Rescue Remedy and it helps a ton. I actually originally got it for Gavroche, but it helps for me too ;)

You could be right, I just am usually for lack of a better word, tougher than this… I know it could be worse, I see other people going through way worse.. and it irritates me that I feel this way…

You know what? Your feelings are your feelings and they are just as valid as anyone else's. You've had a crapton of stuff hit all at once, high-anxiety kinds of stuff and you've every right to feel what you feel. Stop making yourself feel worse by comparing your situation to anyone else's. That's not what it's about -- it's about how you feel. ((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))

Now, suck it up and give yourself permission to come apart at the seams a little. ;)

Thanks Renee… LOL You made me laugh then tear up all at once…. I am off work until Monday and after the Lawyer appointment in the morning I may just get a book, find a quiet spot and hide away for a while….

Looks interesting! I may just pick it up tomorrow… I am seriously thinking about grabbing Mindy, driving our truck to my favourite spot on the farm and kicking back with a pillow and a book…. No cell, nothing but me, a dog and a book…
