The same Christmas... top big dog row from L to R: I.B., my Mom's golden, and Eli and RJ's mother. Sheba, my sister's golden. Bubba, I.B.'s son and Mom's heart dog. Stormin' Norman was out of the same litter as Bubba and a friend of my Mom's owned him. Lower Puppy Row: My sweet Eli, then another littermate, Sally, who was owned by the same friend of my Mom's mentioned above, then RJ!

Thanks everyone :)
Eli your dogs are beautiful as well

Rajah was holding a homemade toy lilt two socks stuffed with cotton balls and then sewed together and dyed. Its his favorite toy lol who would have guessed.

Renee- Chinooks were developed in the United States by a man named Arther Walden he created the breed by crossing Eskimo Dogs, and smooth coated St. Bernards and Belgian Shepherds. They were developed as a breed with a great amount of pulling power and beleive me they do lol. Like I have mentioned before their not the fastest dogs in the world but they live to run or have some sort of work in their life. They can have problems with other dogs but with early socialization it can be fixed. It is said by some breeders to be a great guard dog and i guess i would agree. Their very smart almost too smart for their own good and if not trained well can be rather headstrong.

Awww... that's so sweet. I could tell it was something special to the boy. My Eli had SO MANY stuffed babies. And a week before he died, I bought him a big stuffed pony. He LOVED THAT PONY SO MUCH! He died with Pony right beside his head. I don't let any other babies play rough with that Pony. I will have him forever :(
