Another reason why New York has suckvitis

I am totally against all these bills... but chefs need to learn to cook with LESS salt... I cant tell you how many times a meal has been ruined at a restaurant because the salt was just way too much.

But thats not really on topic, the issue is that salt makes suckvitis worse, so we have a reason to want to prevent its use.

Umm . . . how about just sending the food back to the kitchen?

Honestly, legislating the use of salt? How freaking pathetic. What's next, a government agency in charge of inspecting how thoroughly you clean yourself after using the restroom? :rolleyes:

I can get on board with that. I like seasoning, but there is no reason to make a broth taste like brine.

If we stop rubbing salt in the suckvitis wounds, will that help to curb the spread?

I dont care how much salt they use as long as it doesnt make the food gross! some places are just crazy about salt.. yuck!

Every table has their own salters - let us add our one ,! Same with pepper .
