Finally got moved in to my college dorm. Got the bed I wanted and even got a room to myself with a good sized closet, the help desk here is as good as ever, my computer still won't go online and I handed in my MAC address and internet sheet in yesterday, what a pain. On the good side, this hallway computer that I am on right now has Linux installed, hell yeah, atleast this college is getting smarter. Will check back in later when the help desk figures out what they are suppose to do.

What a pain in the butt, I finally had to bring my laptop to them and put in the mac address into their system myself. Mainly because I was tired of waiting for them to activate it.
One of our room mates won't be coming so that's sweet, only 4 in one nice sized dorm.
One thing that I do not agree with is their weapons policy, they do not allow ANY knife in the dorm's other than a butter knife. Their is really no one I know that does not have one, plus one of my classes requires that you have one as part of your tool list. Something is wrong there.
As for Brenna, she will be fine, I have her back at the shelter, but see her about once every 2 days or so. She is in with Chester and they both like each other.
All of my room mate seem like good ones. for the most part, the first day one of them have their girlfriend over in the other bedroom and, I'm jealous, they did it twice in 5 minutes.
There are no pets allowed yet the dorm across the hall has a Yellow Lab and he is really sweet. Service dog too.
