A bed or crate depending on how you will train him. I prefer a dog cage (wire) as they are great training tools for pups, others dont. Lots and lots of loving. Have fun

Besides toys,
water bowl
food bowl
food
bed/blanket to sleep on
collar
small leash
Nature's Miracle spray to get rid of odor from accidents cleaned up in the house
puppy shampoo in case you need to give a bath because of a mess

leash and collar (which you should have the puppy for to fit him properly), a food and water bowl (I prefer metal so they can't chew them up), accident cleaner (ammonia free) they sell them at petstores I use Nature's Miracle but there are many other ones too. Get puppy food (or a food that is designed for all life stages) and some puppy treats too. Plus the crate but someone had already mentioned that. Cavaliers are cute dogs. My grandma had one and that little dog followed her everywhere she went and was a really good little dog.
