I'm pretty sure West Highlands only come in white. I think that he's a Cairn terrier? Maybe a Norfolk/wich?

Maybe, dunno..... I forgot about Carins to be honest, LOL

I may have been thinking of another dog that was part westie and was black, the other part was Scottish Terrier
