I was so excited. I bought 72 pounds of raw ground chicken, 25 pounds raw ground sole, and 27 pounds of beef liver.

I wish I had taken a pic of the sole. Nothing like buying a solid hunk of frozen fish thats 1 1/2 inches thick. It was 2 1/2 feet by 2 feet. Thawing that was an adventure in itself. Where do you thaw a a hunk of fish that big? Mark stomped on it and broke it into pieces and I thawed it in one of the horse's water buckets (and extra)

The chicken was in 2 pieces. I decided to thaw them in a rubber maid container, also from the barn.

(the flash on my camera makes my kitchen floor look horrible :yikes: ok well it is a peel and stick floor-seriously icky, but wow)

wow all for me?

yummmmmm!

can't quite reach...

Mom says I can't have anymore...

now I didn't realize when I bought the liver, that it was 27 pounds of WHOLE liver. 27 pounds=2 livers Very good deal, just means I have to thaw and slice a LOT of liver.

this is about a third of a liver. I know have a years worth of liver treats now lol.

So I am still processing, started about 12 hours ago, but our well ran dry, so I am not touching any more raw meat till I can wash up ewwwwww.

Here is a pic of my veggie/fruit mix. It has..kelp mix, apples, bananas, cranberries, squash, egg, carrots and peas.

I will post a pic of all the containers when I am done.

Oh and just for info, the whole lot..the chicken, the fish, the liver, the veggies, and kelp all cost under 75$

HA! Those are quite the slabs of meat:p...

Dodger's my grinder so thankfully I don't have to worry about blocks LOL... I get 50lbs of carcasses to play with instead:p

Great deal BTW - its amazing the deals you find when you buy in bulk (and know where to look)!

Can't wait to see the finished result!:lol-sign:
