Adieu Beverly Sills!!! Her passing away shall bring sorrow and tears to many who patronize the opera. Her performances in Donzetti's Lucia di Lammermoor, Rossini's The Seige of Corinth, and Lehar's The Merry Widow shall always stir passion within my heart and soul.
