Got a hilarious call from SO yesterday....
Ada was outside in the yard. SO was watching from the windor to make sure she didn't get in any trouble, and she was romping around and having fun. After awhile, Ada disappeared from sight. SO went to investigate, and found Ada at the far corner of the yard, apparently very interested in a metal lightpole and the bushes surrounding it.
As he got closer, he realized that Ada wasn't sniffing the pole... SHE'D LICKED IT! And, obviously, she was stuck tight! She was trying to tug her tongue away, but it was frozen fast. SO ran inside and got a cup of warm water and helped Ada "detach" herself...
... darn dog is a curious one, she is!
